Going, going,~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~School starts!

Year in Review - 2008

Gosh! Where does the time go? Well, let's see: school, work, school, cabin, work and school.
Here's what we've been up to:
Kelsie is starting her Jr. year and still lifeguarding.
Dylan is starting his 2nd year at SLCC. He is taking classes for a psychology degree.
Justin and his family are doing well. Kalley is starting 1st grade so Hailee, who is almost 3, will get her mom all to herself for the day.
I am excited and looking forward to starting my 3rd year of teaching 2nd grade.
Kraig is busy with his job but also spends most of his free time working on the cabin. This has been a bigger undertaking than we originally thought, but I'm sure it will all be worth it in the end.
This summer we had a chance to escape to Lake Powell for some water fun.

Fabulous Lake Powell

Our capable captain. Happy Birthday Kraig!
It's not as easy as it looks.

It was a GREAT trip!

September rolls around again. 2007

Back to school, hunting, football, and work.

Another summer ends. Where did the time go?

Check out Dylan's new ride.

Hey wait a minute. I don't think this is "technically" hunting.

Kelsie's happy with high school.

The cabin is coming along. No doors, windows, floors or roof but we now have power, water and the main roof beam in.

Here is the view from right out front. We can't wait!

Oh, and Lani loves her new class of 2nd graders!

Alohaaaaa...........

Hope you enjoyed the "tour".

We love it here! Can't wait to go back.

Around the Islands

West Maui
Blow Hole
When the waves crashed to shore, it forced water to shoot 100 ft. into the air from a hole in the rocks. When standing anywhere within 20 feet you get drenched. You could feel the spray from where we stood to get the photo!

Giant size tide pools to play in.

A beach graveyard

East Maui - Road to HanaVery beautiful drive but a very windy road! Take your Dramamine!

Hana Valley

Maui farm land.
